Brian Lanier
Founder/CEO
Brian helps executives reimagine and achieve their goals by altering the context and expanding their leadership and communication practices. Brian coaches and leads programs for CEOs, business leaders and staff across North America and Europe.
Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS and studied journalism at the University of Houston (Texas).
He serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion champion and lead facilitator with LearnIt.com as well as an elected Chairperson with the Calgary Black Chambers, a non-profit group of Black Professionals, Academics & Entrepreneurs who value mentorship & scholarship of black youth. Brian serves on the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion subcommittee at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and on the Historical, Interpretive & Education Committee at Heritage Park Historical Village.
Brian lives in Calgary, Canada with his spouse, Yvonne, and their dog Fletcher.

Otis Dominique
Diversity & Inclusion Consultant
Highly innovative and goal-driven, Otis Dominique is a well-regarded leadership consultant who has been empowering others to reach their full potential since 2007. He is a passionate professional who has committed himself to overcoming systemic racism through the power of communication, diversity, and inclusion.
He holds a BS in Healthcare Management and earned a Juris Doctor (law degree) in 2001. He has produced several social justice documentary films and launched a judgment-free online racial discussion town hall series, called Transform Race, in 2020.
Though Otis loves what he does, when he is not working, you can find him spending time with his wife Maya, who is a respected physician.

Kelly Townsend

Kelly Townsend has over 25 years business experience and over 20 years coaching and training clients in Ontology (the study of being).
She helps executives, entrepreneurs and corporations across North America benefit from her expertise in leadership development, team building and management effectiveness.
Kelly leads seminars and workshops for thousands of people in organizational transformation, vision, integrity and communication. She is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences.
Kelly is a graduate of Collier Leadership Institute, Past President of the Rotary Club of Marco Island Florida, Current Board Member for the League of Courageous Women, Current Board Member and a regular contributing writer for è Bella Magazine.

Jon Ouellette
Principal
Jon Ouellette has more than 30 years’ experience as a leader and CEO of large organizations in the insurance, financial, oil and gas engineering and real estate industries.
He has a rare ability to create and lead teams to embrace change and deliver on a vision. His approach focuses on increasing bottom-line performance through exceptional employee engagement and development of superior management teams.
He helps foster dedication, entrepreneurialism and accountability that builds trust, enhances communication effectiveness and increases productivity.
Jon and Brian have a long history of success together- first partnering in 2003 when Jon hired the Leaders Circle (TLC). After years of working together, Jon joined the Leaders Circle team to help transform a wider range of corporations.

Princess Sarah Culberson
Diversity & Inclusion Champion
Princess Sarah has an extraordinary journey that has been featured on CNN, GMA,BBC among numerous other media outlets. Her story inspired the book she co-wrote, “A Princess Found” which is being turned into a live action movie with Disney.
Princess Sarah’s diverse background and experience in education over the past 15 years has led her to present and create curriculum for schools, Universities and Corporations. As a specialist in Diversity and Inclusion work, President and Co-founder of her non-profit Sierra Leone Rising, and a business woman in the entertainment industry, Princess Sarah’s work spans the globe. Princess Sarah has also been honored with receiving the prestigious Trumpet Impact Award.

Tomas Thundiyil
Academic Advisor
Tomas Thundiyil is a university professor with a PhD in organizational behaviour. He is a multiple award-winning scholar, and teacher, who has caused innovation, transformation, and breakthroughs for people and organizations.
After many years of effectively leading transformation for people and organizations, he went into academia to shift the paradigm of scholarship on leadership, diversity, and change.
Tomas has spent the past 10 years observing, researching, and implementing change. He has witnessed and supported the development of what is lauded as one of the most effective change programs, with close to 100% efficacy for change, innovation, and transformation.
He has witnessed and participated in the deep levels of inclusion, innovation and profitability that emerge from the process of change.
