• Are you looking to take your leadership and the leadership of others to the next level? Are you out to create something bold and unprecedented in your organization? The Being A Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership© program is the key to personal growth and a catalyst for organizational transformation. This program employs the latest science of leadership. We promise you will leave this program naturally being and acting as a leader in any situation and facing any circumstance. Participants produce results that represent 4 to 10 times return-on-investment of time and program fees. This is a total of six-days (50+ hours) of leadership training You'll be able to choose one of the following On-line Program Delivery Options:
    • Two Separate Sessions: 2 x 3-consecutive-days, or
    • Three Separate Sessions: 3 x 2-consecutive-days sessions, or
    • Twelve Separate Sessions: ½-day sessions (4.5 hours per session)
    Additionally, this program includes:
    • A 90-minute Pre-Program kick-off training session
    • 5-7 hours of academic-level pre-reading & assignments
    • A Leadership Initiative project (a real-time laboratory for program application)
    • Practice Work between sessions
    • A 90-minute Post-Program wrap-up training session
    • Up to 3 hours of 1-on-1 coaching available upon request
    Total Training Hours: a minimum of 61 hours Available for 7 to 40 participants.

    A foundation of the Leaders Circle’s methodology is creating brave space, a learning environment that allows individuals to engage with one another and have conversations about social issues in the workplace with honesty, sensitivity, respect, and generosity. Workplace Application: Participants will leave this learning session with practical approaches to identify hidden biases, notice the impact of unconscious bias on others and expand their capability to disrupt behaviours and actions that exclude vs. include others.
